We repair every common laptop make — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, Toshiba, Microsoft Surface and MacBook — at our bench in the Windmill Centre on Westgate Street.
Bring it in and we diagnose it for free. You get a fixed price before we touch anything, and you decide whether to go ahead. If it isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you, and we can securely wipe and recycle it instead.

Questions
Do you charge to look at my laptop?
No. Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, there’s a £25 bench fee for faults that take more than 30 minutes to find — we tell you before we start.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs don’t touch your files. If a repair involves the drive, we back it up first and tell you before we do anything.
Do you repair MacBooks?
Yes — screens, batteries, keyboards, SSD upgrades on older models and liquid damage. Newer MacBooks with soldered storage have limits on what can be upgraded, and we’ll explain these when you book.
Is there a warranty?
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. Batteries and screens carry 6 months.
